These terms cover this website and Costia Premium, its Family plan included, in every Costia app. Each app also shows them on its own terms screen.
Using the site
You may browse and link to this site freely. Do not try to disrupt it, access what is not public, or pass off its content as your own.
Accuracy
We describe the apps as they work today and correct the site when that changes. Features, availability and prices may still change without notice, and what the app does is what counts.
Purchases
Costia Premium is bought through the App Store or Google Play and is governed by their terms, including how to cancel and request refunds.
Family plan
The Family plan is bought and managed by one person, the owner, and covers up to four people, the owner included. Members have Premium while the owner’s Family subscription is active, and lose it when that subscription ends or changes to an individual plan. The household shares one allowance for the AI features. The owner can remove members, and members can leave at any time. People in the same household can see each other’s nickname, name and profile picture.
Fair use of the AI features
Using the AI features has a real cost for us. They are part of Costia Premium for personal use — or for the household’s, on the Family plan — and, to keep the service sustainable, we may apply limits and restrictions against abusive use of them. If an account or a household goes beyond those limits, the AI features pause until the next period; everything else keeps working.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from its use or from sites it links to.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in them limits the rights consumer law gives you where you live.
